Discover your colours, makeup, hair, face shape, body shape and personal style – using AI
I have a confession.
I have spent a ridiculous amount of time wondering whether a particular colour makes me look fabulous or whether I simply want it to make me look fabulous.
There is a difference.
And then there is the eternal question of whether my hair colour is actually flattering, which glasses suit my face, why some outfits look effortlessly chic on other women but somehow make me look like I got dressed in the dark, and what on earth my personal style actually is.
Turns out, “I’ll just wear what I like” is not always quite as straightforward as it sounds.
That’s why I created the AI Personal Style System.
Instead of trying to figure out every part of your personal style separately, this system uses a series of personalised AI analyses to help you understand what works with your colouring, features, proportions and personality.
And the best part?
You can do it from home, using ChatGPT and your own photographs.
No expensive wardrobe overhaul. No standing in front of your cupboard surrounded by clothes you never wear. And no need to suddenly become the woman who knows the difference between taupe, greige and mushroom.
The system takes you through your style from the inside out — starting with your natural colouring and gradually building towards a complete picture of your personal style.
Your complete AI Personal Style System
The system is made up of six personalised analyses. Each one answers a different style question, but they work particularly well together because the information from one analysis can help inform the next. Think of it as your own AI-powered personal stylist.
1. AI Personal Colour Analysis
What colours actually suit me? Start here.
Your colour season influences far more than the clothes in your wardrobe. It can help guide your makeup shades, hair colour, jewellery and even the colours you choose when putting an outfit together.
The AI Colour Analysis uses 12-season colour theory to identify your most likely seasonal palette, undertone, depth, brightness and contrast.
You’ll discover:
- Your 12-season colour category
- Your undertone
- Your depth
- Your brightness
- Your contrast level
- Your most flattering colours
- Your best neutrals
- Your ideal metals
- Your most flattering patterns
- Colours that may wash you out or overpower you

2. AI Makeup Colour Analysis
Which makeup colours actually make me look better?
Once you understand your natural colouring, it makes sense to apply that information to makeup.
Instead of buying a lipstick because it looks gorgeous on someone else and then wondering why you suddenly look like you’ve been awake for three days, this analysis helps identify the shades that work with your colouring.
Your analysis can help you explore your most flattering makeup direction, including foundation, blush, eyeshadow and lipstick shades.

3. AI Hair Colour Analysis
What hair colour should I actually be wearing?
Hair colour can completely change the way your complexion looks. A shade that makes one person look luminous can make another person look tired, washed out or slightly green. Which is particularly annoying when you’ve just spent a small fortune at the salon.
The AI Hair Colour Analysis looks at your natural colouring and helps determine the most flattering direction for your hair.
You’ll explore things such as:
- Your ideal hair colour direction
- The most flattering shades
- Highlights and dimension
- Whether warmer or cooler tones work better
- Hair colours that may be less flattering

4. AI Face Shape Analysis
What actually suits my face?
Knowing your face shape isn’t about putting yourself into a tiny little beauty box. It’s about understanding your proportions so you can make more informed choices about the things that frame your face.
The Face Shape Analysis can help you explore:
- Hairstyles
- Haircuts
- Glasses
- Earrings
- Necklines
- Makeup placement
- Facial proportions
Because sometimes the problem isn’t your face. It’s the fringe.

5. AI Body Shape Analysis
Which clothes and silhouettes work with my proportions?
This is where we move from your face to the rest of you. The goal isn’t to change your body. It’s to understand your proportions so you can make clothing choices that create the look you want.
Your AI Body Shape Analysis explores the silhouettes, fabrics, prints and colour combinations that can work particularly well with your proportions.
You’ll get guidance on:
- Your body shape
- Silhouettes
- Proportions
- Fabrics
- Prints
- Necklines
- Clothing combinations
- Ways to create balance
And, importantly, this isn’t about rules telling you what you can’t wear. It’s about knowing what you’re working with.

6. AI Personal Style Identity
But what is actually my style?
This is where everything starts to come together. You can know your best colours, understand your face shape and have a pretty good idea of which silhouettes flatter you — and still open your wardrobe every morning and think: “I have absolutely nothing to wear.”
Because knowing what suits you isn’t quite the same as knowing how you want to dress. The final Personal Style Identity analysis brings the information together to help define your personal aesthetic.
It can help you discover:
- Your personal style identity
- Your signature aesthetic
- Your outfit formulas
- Your wardrobe priorities
- Your shopping direction
- The pieces worth investing in
- How to make your wardrobe feel more cohesive
This is the bit that turns a collection of individual style recommendations into something that actually feels like you.

What Order Should I Do the AI Style Analyses In?
I recommend following the system in this order:
1. Colour → 2. Makeup → 3. Hair → 4. Face Shape → 5. Body Shape → 6. Personal Style Identity
Starting with colour gives you a useful foundation for the beauty-related analyses, while the face and body analyses give you more information to work with when you get to your overall style identity.
You don’t have to complete the entire system in one sitting. In fact, please don’t. This is personal style, not an exam. Work through each analysis when you have time, save your results and gradually build your own personalised style guide.
Before you start: take your photos
Your photographs are an important part of the system. AI can only analyse what it can actually see, so a heavily filtered selfie taken in questionable bathroom lighting isn’t necessarily going to produce the most useful result.
Before starting, read the Personal Style Photo Guide.
It explains which photographs to take and how to take them so your images are as consistent and useful as possible. And remember: these photographs are about accuracy, not looking fabulous for Instagram. Your AI stylist needs to see you – not the version of you that has been edited within an inch of her life.
A note about AI accuracy
The prompts are designed to make the analysis as useful and personalised as possible, but AI isn’t a replacement for an in-person professional consultation. Think of the results as style guidance, rather than absolute rules.
The quality of your photographs matters, and AI can occasionally get things wrong. That’s why the prompts include questions and verification steps, and why you can provide additional photographs or information if a result doesn’t feel right.
And honestly, if an AI tells you that neon yellow is your perfect colour and you look in the mirror and think, “Absolutely not, Brenda,” you are allowed to trust your own eyes. Personal style should make you feel more confident – not trapped by a list of rules.
